The Early Learning Partnership is pleased to introduce our new team! Rachel Hui-Hubbard, Executive Director, has been with ELP since 2017 as the Program Coordinator. She brings with her corporate management experience in the areas of project management, quality assurance and as head of IT. Nicolette Bush joins ELP in the Program Coordinator role after having served on ELP’s board of directors for five years. Nicolette grew up in York County and has a background in accounting. Welcome!
